Thank you for the recipe for making saffron-infused oil. How long will it last and does it have to be refrigerated? Does the oil smell of saffron?

Yes it smells like saffron. I didn't refrigerate it, just put it in a dark place like a cabinet. It will last as long as the oil stays good about a year if it isn't used.
