  1. 1/2 gramssaffron threads
  2. 2 tbspsaffron flowers
  3. 11 ozolive oil, extra virgin
  4. 12 ozbottle

Cooking Instructions

    Sanitize bottle remove all water from bottle. Then put oil in bottle to see how much it will hold.

    Heat 8 ounces of oil. Add saffron threads and flowers.

  3. 3

    Add 3 ounces room temperature oil to bottle. Add both saffrons. Pour hot oil on top

  4. 4

    Let it cool sit at least 8 hours before using it will last as long as regular olive oil will.

Yes it smells like saffron. I didn't refrigerate it, just put it in a dark place like a cabinet. It will last as long as the oil stays good about a year if it isn't used.
