The plain flour in the recipe gluten free or wheat? If it is wheat, can I use a gluten free flour?Thanks!

The plain flour in this recipe is the normal plain flour. I haven’t used any gluten free flour to try this recipe so I am sorry that I couldn’t answer you whether it’s ok or not but you can give it a go and see whether that works. 😁👍🏻
