Im getting ready to put the chicken together my 1st time cooking a whole chicken wish me luck lol ! Well i mastered cooking a turkey guess its time for a whole chicken .

Similar to my "wing it" recipe here at home. I use onions on top, with carrots, too. Definitely making the mashed potatoes this time! May I publish a recipe inspired by this? I'll refer back. ;)
