Made this last nite, it was good, I made my own red enchilada sauce thou, didnt put olives since im the only one who likes them, everyone did really like it thou :) nxt time im putting, olives & jalepenos on top. Oh I also didnt use the taco seasoning bcause I added my own seaaoning to my chicken when I boiled it.

love this dish. I use a whole chicken and boil the whole thing. Clean the meat off the bones and then follow the recipe. I also rolled the finished chicken in the tortillas and poured the sauce over top, then the cheese. Was awesome.

took longer than i thought it would ( an hour from start to finish )but it was worth it. next time it should take about 45 min.

really good! I couldn't find enchilada sauces, so I used a black bean salsa. I also rolled and filled the tortillas instead of layering.

My family loved it!! Going to try corn tortillas next time and only negative is it didn't say what the amounts of everything should be so I had to wing it and I'm new to cooking so could have used amounts... for example how much sauce to pour over the tortillas etc, but overall my family loved it and I will make again.

it was ok.... kind of time consuming to fry the tortillas.. but over all easy.
