I make this same pudding but I use pepperage farm Chessmen cookies (2 bags) and put a layer on the bottom of a 9x13 pan, layer bananas on cookies, pudding mixture than end with cookies...they fit nicely in the pan look very nice if you're takeing it for a pot luck and it comes out of the pan in perfect squares the size of the cookie and....at xmas time you can get the cookies with xmas trees and candycanes on them :-) looks so festive!

Wonderful! Pretty easy, except blending the cream cheese takes a little time & effort.

tasted great but never set even after letting it remain in the fridge. maybe use less milk?

I'd you have friends who like banana pudding, double the batch. The whole pan disappeared in about 5 mins. ;-)

Fantastic pudding!! I used 2 cups milk instead of 3 after reading a couple of the reviews. The consistency is more of a custard type but very good!!! I used mini colored vanilla wafers. Will make again.
