Mix together cream cheese, 1 whip cream, sweetnened condensed milk and 3 cups of milk together until blended.

Mix in pudding until blended.

In large cake pan, mix the vanilla wafers and bananas.

Then pour pudding mixture over the mix, and then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Lastly, spread last whip cream container on top of pudding and serve.
