Have not made it before,am tempted too make a Mint flavoured One - the Cookery Book that I got the Recipe from mentions using Cilantro (Coriander),I substituted the Word Cilantro for the Word Mint.
Have bought a creamy Mint Sauce from my Local Indian Takeaway,have in the Past went too this Takeaway and bought Onion Bhaji's with the bought Creamy Mint Sauce was delicious,so the Recipe of my given Sauce will probably be delicious as well.
