Took this to Christmas get together. Followed recipe exactly. SO easy, and enjoyed by everyone! Served with fresh whipped cream, sprinkle of cinnamon & chopped pecans. Thanks for great recipe!

I made a homemade pumpkin puree and use this recipe to make cupcakes. I added extra pumpkin so they were very moist- needed to cook for at least an hour. I let some of the batter sit for two days and that batch turned out better and took shorter to cook :ohyeaah They were a huge hit in my family!

Amazing! 2 cups fresh pumpkin, ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and some vanilla bean. Turned out great!

great recipe! I added 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of cloves and 1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger. Also used fresh pumpkin. I am sure this will be a fall favorite in my family.
