This is one of my family's favorite recipes. We renamed it the exploding casserole because I blew up a brand new the 9 by 13 glass dish on a hot burner the first time I tried making it. Lol. It's yummy the way the recipe is written and it's very flexible. I use green onion and this time I'm using two cans cream of mushroom, a can of crushed olives, and home style noodles. We'll see how it turns out.

This was awesome! I added mushrooms, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the meat and onions while cooking and salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to the sauce. It turned out great. I had my doubts about the corn but it really complemented everything. Oh, and I topped it off with mozzarella and cheddar.

Pretty good & easy! I added less sour cream (only because I'm not a huge fan of it) and added a few other spices to my liking. I also added cheese to the top, which wasn't in the recipe but was shown on some of the pictures from the web. My kids loved it too!!

I like to use tator tots instead of noodles, its so so good like that! Makes it more hearty and also a better texture!

This was ordinary and the flavours don't work well together, the different soups mixed together didn't work and the corn shouldn't be in this , the texture of the whole dish was not enjoyable, my kids would't eat it , won't be making it again .

It was pretty good!! Needed more salt. My boys (11, 16) loved it and also my two year old granddaughter. :) and that's all that matters. ~(o.o)~

Made this tonight. It was quite good. I didn't have any sour cream, so substituted creamy ranch dressing, and for sure, I will stick to that next time. I also added carrots and peas, cheddar cheese on top, as well as cumin and red pepper flakes to the meat.

What an awesome "hidden vegetable" dinner this turned into! I bulked out the meat portion with 4 extra vegetables (mushrooms, carrots, zucchini & spinach blitzed in my food processor) plus the corn and stretched it out to make two meals. I put the other meat portion in the freezer for a when we need a quick dinner. Everyone loved it, even fussy Mr 5. Delicious!!!
