Hey there, this is super tasty but are the quantities right? 400ml of coconut milk doesn't make it very 'rubbable' as it's far too liquid. The fish is absolutely swimming in it! Also makes it not look much like the pic! Thanks!

Hi there I think it depends on which sort of coconut milk you use, I found mine wasn’t very runny! It was a good sized fish as well!
