My family uses this recipe as well, except we add a little vanilla and if we need it to harden a little more (to use as modeling clay) we add a tbsp of meringue powder.

I love marshmallow fondant! I use it for most of my cakes. It gives such a sweet flavor and a smooth surface for decorating.
