I spread some Salted Butter on,not as keen with shop bought Jam on - could use for 3 meals throughout the day - for a daily bread loaf.

I spread butter Spread on the slices rather than Salted Butter about 80g or 90g,by drinking only unsugared tea with it - all the calories amount too : 4 Thousand Calories

Some days later after making this,I saw short videos on the Internet of Soda Bread being made and Paul Hollingwoods' method of slitting a cross all the way through too the bottom was a good tip - have done this with the Second Soda Bread I have just made - the same Recipe as the first.
