Delicious! Anyone looking for Emerils southwesterb spice, its just a combination of some common spices. Google for it. Word of advice, don't go skimpy with the paprika! :-)I added cheese topping and used some of the left over sour cream as condiment.

Very good I added sharp cheese, butter, salt, pepper and garlic to the potatoes and added celery and diced tomatoes to the ground beef mix. :hungry :excited

I made this dish yesterday it was awsome I took peoples advice and seasoned the potatoes with garlic,salt and pepper I then.mixed some fresh grated parm cheese into the potatoes :hungry

potatoes were bland so next time I will probably add something to them. The meat was greasy and bland as well, but this was probably because I couldn't find the Emeril's southwest seasoning. All on all I think this is a good place to start.

(L) ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! My family did too! I used carrots and celery as those were only veggies on hand. Added some minced garlic to potatoes too since we love garlic mashed :) Will definitely make again.
