super delicious! I used low fat cream cheese and added a splash of heavy cream to help loosen the potatoes to make a smoother mash. I decided on heavy cream instead of milk since I had used the low fat cream cheese (and to maintain the thick creaminess). lol. I also did not realize I was out of onion until I was home from the store so I used about a half tsp each onion powder and garlic powder. The dish turned out magnificent with these variations! Will be making again (possibly for Thanksgiving). :-)
