Ah Hassleback potatoes these are great, I have gotten my recipe from Sweden where it originated. It's done really well here. It's almost identical. Well done they look nice.

This was awesome. I was having some trouble getting the potato fans to happen, but they happened naturally while cooking. Tasted great.
