I love eating these small fish, great source in calcium too! In Thailand we also love fry them small fish, sundry them and fermented them also. Sooo yummy 😋

Yep, same in Japan. sundry makes those fishes even more flavourful, and better in taste, which I miss a lot.
Think the smaller, the better in taste for fishes, but it's relatively difficult to find those small fishes in UK, unfortunately.
