Lovely recipe, I'm keen to try with our homegrown winter squash. Would you have any idea, in grams, how much pumpkin/squash you used so I can try to recreate your recipe please? Our squash is rather large

You can use as much squash as you want, it will just taste more and more of the squash/pumpkin. I use butternut squashes, squashes, we grow which are large and even the innards of the pumpkins we carve for Halloween.
