Is this easy to make? how long will it take to make? because i wanted to make this for a school project and we have 2 hours only! i really am struggling to find a Japanese dessert thats easy to make!

Actually, it was pretty easy to make. If you ask about how long it takes to make this, I would say it takes about 1 until 1 and a 1/2 hours for the longest time that you need to make this. If I may suggest you, the easier dessert in my recipe that you could take are muffins, such as green tea muffins, or my other muffins recipe, or for cake kind is the coffee condense milk cake, but if want to make it sounds like a japanese dessert, you could substitute the coffee with 1/2 table spoon of matcha powder. The texture is similar as japanese ogura cake.
