Is it possible substitute a different type of cheese for the cream cheese, such as Mozzarella?

Sorry for the delayed response, I got a new phone and hadn’t reinstalled the app.I have not substituted a different cheese. You are more than welcome to try but I don’t anticipate it tasting the same or having the same consistency.
