Hello from a White Plains woman in LA.We so enjoyed your linguica rice and I will be trying your baked french toast at Christmas if the family can be together, god willing. Looks so amazing. I have a question: when I take the linguica out of the pan, can I use the pan to cook the onions and garlic and rice, too? I can use only one pot and then I can get all the juices from the linguica to add to the rice and other ingredients. And reduce the amount of oil. Just a thought. Keep up the good work!

Hello back! I never thought about that. May have to try it next time. My question back, they sell linguica out in LA? Or do you make it yourself? Out here, it is hard to find.
