This recipe has become one of my family's favorite meals! I have made this recipe twice since bookmarking it.
I use Panko, and seasoned salt instead of bread crumbs and chicken salt. I also bake it @ 350 for an hour.
We dip our schnitzel in peppered gravy... I usually also serve it with golden mashed potatoes (mashed carrots with potatoes) or something veggie-like. :) Mmm!

i made this recipe for my friends together with mashed potatoes and some mustard sauce.. m8 it was excellent !!

this is similar to a chicken shnitzel that I do..with the exception of dipping chicken in buttermilk first (keeps the meat so moist !) & then using panko instead of regular bread crumbs. delish !

This has become a staple in our house. The flavor is fantastic. I just paired it with the bombass potatoes. Amazing!

A little ginger garlic paste on the chicken breast for half an hour works miraculous.

@cweepy, I agree, way to much bread crumbs! could've breaded a whole chicken, good recipe/flavor though.
