Can these be frozen? I’d like to make them for my 7 month old but she would only eat one at a time.

Yes they can! I actually have a batch of ham, cheddar & tomato ones in my freezer right now. I individually wrap them in a little cling film and freeze for my little one. Then simple take one out in the morning and leave to defrost on the side for lunch/dinner. Then just blitz in microwave for around 5-6 seconds to warm through. :)

Yeah I don't see why not. I usually freeze after baked but I'm sure you could slice them, shape then freeze whilst the pastry is uncooked then simply cook from frozen. They'll just take longer in the oven. Not sure if the egg wash will work just as well if applied when they're frozen but it's worth a try! :)
