The instructions on the Packaging underneath the top wrapping suggested 2 hours and 30 minutes cooking time,so that's what I did,with the 400g of 2 Beef Braising Steaks,would have preferred too use Olive Oil,but I ran out of it,the Vegetable Oil is very good for roasting the potatoes though.The meat was very tender and delicious too eat,the gravy can become oily,the water can evaporate just leaving some clear cooking oil showing.

Is important not to use too much Vegetable Oil in the stew or casserole part,maybe just 4 tablespoons - onions and meat need too be fried off on the hob first.I roughly put a amount of Vegetable Oil in - 4 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil comes to a lot of calories and 10 small roasted potatoes come to a lot of calories as well,my roast potatoes were big,I roasted them slowly on the bottom rack of the oven at Gas Mark 5 hence a roasting for about 2 hours and 30 minutes with the casserole on the top rack of the oven slowly cooking on a medium heat in the oven as well.
