There's something seriously missing in this recipe. It looks nice by the pictures but if you follow the instructions you've got rue for the filling. I believe that the flour in the filling should actually be sugar.

It’s a choux pastry. You bake it and it puffs up like a cream puff or eclair. The recipe is not wrong
