extremely easy to make and very delicious. I added a bit of grated cinnamon to the mix though.

it was delicious! it was so easy to make and great for a quick and simple breakfast!
One word of warning, don't get your hopes up about the quantity of crepes,
I only managed to make 7 crepes for 5 people.
nevertheless it was still totally yummy and I recommend it highly! :chef

Delicious and simple! This was my first time making crepes, and I'm very pleased. The filling possibilities are endless. Thanks for this recipe.

This recipe is far too liquidy. I had to add another 40g of flour, and 2mL of baking powder.

This recipe is a waste of food! All they did was stick to my pan. I have used the same pan for other crepes & NEVER had that issue. Waste!

I'm very disappointed. It was way way to watery, the consistency of milk, and did not work at all. I'm pregnant and that's all I wanted for breakfast and now I'm having toast because it sucked. :annoyed

I had to throw it! Please include the approximate temperature to cook the crepes.

exactly like the picture! perfect, my wife ate every one. makes about 6 to 8 crepes small.

The trick is to put the batter in the fridge for 1 hour after making the batter. This thickens the batter and won't let the crepe tear when cooking.

Try this with buttermilk and you will have a crepe that is absolutely amazing .... Tried it like that in Aruba .... fabulous !!!!

I stuffed my crepes with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage and cheese spread some sour cream on top and put some salsa over that.holy mother of monkeys it was awesome.my two picky eaters just preferred butter and cinnamon and sugar.

These were absolutely wonderful!!! I took note of the lady who said it was a waste bcuz it made too many for just her. I made it with 1 egg, 1/4 cup flour, dash of salt and sugar, and a little over 1/3 cup milk. It made 3 crepes and was perfect for just me as my hubby was out hunting. Cook on medium heat as you would eggs. :) I took some frozen berries and sprinkled with sugar to thaw while I cooked the crepes. spread crepe with cream cheese, add berries, roll up and dust with powdered sugar! Better than the restaurants in my opinion cuz you can control the amount of sugar! Enjoy!!!

good after adjusting recipe "LOTS"...followed recipe exactly, the batter was extremely runny, made crepes a lot, knew consistency wasn't right so added more ingredients... will not make again...bad measurements :annoyed
