i like this dish due to its versatility, you can add any combination of veggies or spices to change the end flavor, tho it doesnt list it add eggs, and finish in the oven if you dont like runnie eggs, also for you guys on the go and dont have time to peel amd cook the potatos try frozen tater tots or fries to speed this up, kids will also ne less scared to try it
