This recipe looks stellar! Curious if the high acid in the Kiwi causes the whipped cream to become loose? Do you have any suggestions if someone wanted to use more fruits? I’d love to see how far this can go!

Thank you! Just by adding 1 kiwi didn't make much difference to the cream as it was consumed immediately. And the cream is not whipped until stiff peaks, just until soft peaks. You can use variety of your favorite fruits. Berries, pears, plum, peach and even dry fruits. Fruits like melons, pineapples, citrus fruits can be included and consumed immediately.
