Savory Tri Tip

Made a 2.5lb roast yesterday using this recipe as written, except I added onion powder in equal parts to the garlic powder for the rub and roasted it in a hot (500F) oven until medium rare. It is now gone. My sons' actions tell you all you need to know...

Very flavorful and tender but next time I'll cut back on the salt a little. It was just a little too salty for my own taste.

This turned out great. I seasoned it the night before and wrapped it up tightly then used the sauce as I cooked it. it was a little spicy but I really liked it.

This was an excellent recipe! I added a little more chopped garlic and I only had apple cider vinegar...but man was this good. I ended up burning myself on the grill and so in the meantime one side got charred but it was still awesome. Even my picky 5 year old loved it! This ones a keeper!

Made this tonight, took a pic. Set phone down after eating and accidentally backed out of the pic. Dang it. This recipe was delish. I added more garlic and some splenda. sooo good.
