Delicious! I didn't have any honey mustard sauce, so I used horseradish sauce instead. I think that any kind you like can be used for this recipe, as well as any kind of spices you like if the breadcrumbs are unseasoned. I enjoyed mixing in my own spices to season the breadcrumbs.

This recipe is easy and SO good. I had to substitute swiss for white sharp cheddar and make my own honey mustard but it was still spot on. Made it for my semi-hard to please grandparents and they loved it :)

yum :)i use crushed croutons instead of bread crumbs.i also use chicken tenders and fit each portion into a slot in cupcake tray to keep everything together and it turns out great!

Used brown sugar oven roasted ham which lends a sweetness to the Cordon Bleu and made it terrific! We couldn't stop eating it. Definitely worth a try.

I whiz a box of stove top in the food processor and use that for the crunchy coating. My family loves it!
