Pre-heat over to 400°F.

Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create 4 thin pieces.

Place chicken breast piece between plastic wrap, pound to 1/4" thickness.

Arrange 1 piece of ham & Swiss cheese on each breast piece

From the shorter end of chicken roll into tight pinwheel, tuck in ends. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Place flour, honey mustard, & bread crumbs into separate bowls.

Place chicken in flour, turn to coat.

Transfer chicken into honey mustard, turn to coat.

Transfer chicken to bead crumbs, turn to coat.

Transfer chicken to baking sheet and coat with cooking spray.

Cook until cheese is melted & chicken is firm all over.
