Good, easy recipe. I did change it up a bit, added some chili powder to the breadcrumb mixture to add a bit of spice, and I added parmesan cheese on top for the last 5 min of baking. I also made a simple bacon gravy and served them together. I strongly suggest you serve with some type of gravy.

Made these chops the other night but forgot to take pic. Used thick cut chops and they came out perfectly cooked & tender. Served them with roasted veggies & brown rice. Made a sauce for them as well. :ohyeaah
