1/2 tspGarlic Powder
1Ground Ginger (pinch)
1 cupBread Crumbs (Italian style)

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

Lightly grease a jelly roll pan.

Beat egg, soy sauce, water, garlic, & ginger together on a bowl. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl.

Dip the chops into the egg mixture, then into bread crumbs, coating evenly on both sides.

Arrange in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes. Turn and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the chops are firm.
