Haha, thank you John 😊 I love gherkins and could eat them on anything! They ended up on the pizza because we only just managed to get the lid off the jar 😂

Me too. I’ve always got a jar or two of pickled cucumbers/gherkins in. Tonight’s tea was a rough and ready omelette filled with onion, red pepper and red chilli plus a small salad so with one very large chilli 🌶 on my tastebuds, I didn’t expect to start salivating 5 minutes later when reading your recipe. Ah well, back to our Cuppa and catching up on Rick Stein’s Cornwall. John
