Hi Daisy. No, I haven’t tried plain Greek yoghurt. It should work as well. I always go for strawberry because I want that particular flavour. Please let me know how they turn out when you make them.

Okay, thank you. Do you think the mixture would hold up fruit if I added some? Something like blueberries, or indeed chopped strawberries? Nothing worse than them all dropping to the bottom. Haha

Adding fruit, I’m not sure. I’m leaning on no it wouldn’t work out. Yet, nothing beats trying though. Maybe dust the fruit with flour before or add 1-2tblsp flour to the mixture before the fruit.

Just made mine with plain yoghurt added some vanilla essence and honey. And they are quite yum!!

That’s a good idea. The kitchen is out of bounds atm so will definitely give that tip a go when I am able. Even if the fruit drops I think they’ll still be tasty!
