True I love them . Rick Stein did this with fish, mash and batter but you mix it all together and spoon a blob in hot oil and they come out lovely and crisp batter. Also a little Chilli pepper or garlic or whatever you like great and easy to do. I did his recipe way back in my recipes . Angie you would love them. 🥰🥰🥰
