Well you can have popcorn chicken, so I thought why not popcorn monkfish! I guess you could use any other fish but I just happen to love monkfish. I served mine with my dairy free mash to make fish n mash! #fish #monkfish #dinner #mainmeal

1beaten egg
Fine breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Chop the fish into bite-sized pieces. Coat in flour egg and then breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a large pan and deep fry for about 5 mins until golden brown. Serve with anything you fancy
