Yes, I use Perrier ( carbonated water) 1 tsp or salt to taste, 1/2 cup of agave. Amount of Perrier water depends on how much flower you use. The consistency overall requires you to be able to roll like dough

I read your Recipe for your Alkalize Spelt Chapatti but I wanted to see if I could make a Alkaline Spelt Walnut Bread without using yeast, so I got your idea from your Spelt Walnut Cookie Recipe, were you substituted yeast with Seamoss, but I don't know if would work, can you give me your opinion or recommendations?Walnut Cookie RecipeNote: I added a little sea moss that turns into a gel when refrigerated. I put 2 tablespoons of the gel in it and it made it rise. I also put in my hair or use as a face mask.
