For this traditional snack, Unfortunately no 😅 frozen grated coconut (usually from Asian grocery stores) need to be thawed before using.

I used to live in Malaysia and for a treat we used to go out and get those in little stalls in the mall, my favourite part is the yummy filling. And they look delicious! Great job for making these! yummy 🤤

@@cook_25028497 ohh! Thank you 😊 So glad you like these little balls as much as we do 😍 love the taste and its pandan smell. This one however, does not use the actual fresh pandan leaves as it's hard to find one in Australia. So it doesn't smell as good (fragrant) as the ones in Malaysia.

@cook_25028497 where r u at? Im in Perth suburb. I found some selling Pandan plants but they r very expensive. Some Asian stores near me sell frozen pandan leaves and Artificial Pandan paste. It tastes alright 😅 when fresh pandan is hard to come by, the paste will do 😅

Wow! We just flew to Singapore 2 days ago and we are hoping to get back to Malaysia now! Because we actually got stuck in Australia when we were visiting our family just before Covid happened and then we got stuck in Australia for almost 3 years because of Covid 😢 but now we finally get To go back to home 🏡 YAY 😁
