I was in a middle of mixing this when I realized I used whole grain SPELT flour instead of wheat. I added normal wheat flour and some wheat bran. I got something that sort of looked like a dark looking tortilla, felt like a pancake (thin and soft, like European pancakes, not American) and tasted like a bread ;)
