Creamy Garlic Shrimp Toss

Amholt @cook_2716225
It was good but if I were to make it again I think I'd used alfredo sauce. Mine turned out too watery :/

This was good and easy to make but, the cheese was too much. next time I'll have to use less

Yummy! I doubled the ingriedents n added a lil thickner (flour/milk mixture), chicken, n my own spices. Family loved it!

I had to substitute dried basil for fresh, but that didn't stop the fabulous taste explosion! Love the lemony zing on the shrimps too. Will be making this again soon :nod

This recipe is great with the different options for thickening the sauce and using cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts for people who hate shrimp or fish of any kind! Yes, I am one...had a traumatic experience eating fish as a kid & still can't eat any of the things I mentioned above without feeling sick lol! Grilled or baked chicken marinated in a good Italian dressing or some kind of Italian marinade is a great substitution for people in my situation! ;-)

I thought this was a very good recipe. I did a few tweaks to it. I add about a half a teaspon crab boil to the shrimp as I sauted it, and a quarter tsp. or so to the sauce. I also seasoned the shrimp with a little bit of the cajun seasoning (tony chacheres)that I
keep on hand.
The only cheese I had on hand was a parmesan/Romano mix.
I will definitely make this dish again.

Too much basil! Taste like grass. Had to add a lot to balance out the basil. 1/8 cup might be the better option.

I made this recipe for dinner tonight. Its delicious!!! Only thing a little off was the sauce. It was too thin. I had to add a little bit of corn starch mixed work water to make it thick and also added some mozzarella to top it off!! :ohyeaah

This was awesome :flower My boys loved it, I just added garlic salt & pepper

This was so good with a few additions. Salt and pepper for one. I also added a little more heavy cream and about a 1/4 cup of cream cheese to thicken the sauce and make it a little creamier! I added dry basil flakes into the sauce only because I didnt have fresh but it was still really delicious! I will definitely make this again.

Cooked it for my fiancee last night for Valentines Day, it was good
mrdeisinger52 @cook_3656974

rachel.crawford001 @cook_3749034

this was a terrible recipe. the measurements were completely wrong. grated parm turns into clumps and it is very bland. the sauce is too thin.

im a sucker for pasta dishes & this one delivers,, thought id need to run to the store, but substituted shimp for chicken, & bow tie pasta for egg noodles (had half a bag leftover from a chicken noodle soup recipe i tried on here 2 weeks ago),, turned out great!,, definitely a keeper,, will do both shrimp & chicken together next time
