I inadvertently used 1 cup lemon juice and it turned out wonderfully tart. I figured with a name like Psychobetty you couldn't go wrong. I was right - my wife came back for seconds! So did I.

Made this pie today n its been in my fridge for over 4hrs n it has not firmed at all. I did not bake it cuz lemon juice cooks the egg. So I'm gonna try to make it again so for Now I giv it :grumpy

3/4c lemon is a bit much, also this is a "Lemon Icebox Pie". if you use a Graham cracker crust you dont have to bake, unless you use a meringue, then you are Browning the top. "THE LEMON JUICE" cooks the raw eggs. lemon juice is an acid.
