oh man. So good! Picked the squash 3 hours before I cooked it. I added extra crumbs and cooked my onion down in olive oil with two cloves of garlic and added when I mashed the squash. awesomeness.

is this with summer squash aka yellow? i have 4 different kind of squashes that i need to cook up: acorn, butternut, yellow, and spaghetti
