Kale Chips

So they stay green after they are baked. That's awesome! Nice substitute for chips. Do they taste just like chips? :-[

Be very careful to remove stems. I had this app at a super upscale restaurant, topped with a bit of savory cheese. Man, it was incredible, but I nearly pierced my tongue on a sharp, crispy stem.

I make them almost everyday!!!! I also used olived oil and sea salt. I bake the stems too. I just chop them up and add them to my salad. or don't cook then and put it in my juice or smoothie

I like to leave the stems on. if baked correctly, they turn out slighty crisped on the outside, and juicy on the inside! veey delicious!

I did this recipe after trying the the Tuscany Soup recipe. I had a lot of Kale. Thay are very good but will go from crisp to burnt in a flash. keep an eye on them

super delish! even better with a dusting of chili powder or paprika. however, you home will be pretty stinky after making this...

Delish, recipe was just as easy to make as listed. 1 kale bunch made enough for 2 days.I pulled kale leaves off stem by hands so I had no sharp stem issues. I will definitely make again with less salt.

here is for more flavor! toss it wit a little olive oil and sea salt just the right amount of sea salt other wise it will be salty, then use lemon zest and toss it again then bake it. :)
