Made these twice. Very tasty and the family loves it. First time I made as directed and came out too greasy. Second time, I reduced oil and butter by 1 tablespoon each, omitted the salt too. Roasted in the oven without foil cover and cooked much faster. Also gave it a little crunch (30 minutes was all the time needed).
