Ingredients

  • 10 mediumredskin potatoes
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 2 enveloperanch dip powder
  • 1 tspkosher salt
  • 1 tspfresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tbspminced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    wash and cut potatoes into bite sized chunks

  2. 2

    melt the butter then add all ingrediants to a large bowl and stir till all the spuds are coated well

  3. 3

    place in a baking pan of your choice and add to a preheated 375°F oven

  4. 4

    bake for 30 to 40 minutes covered (foil works) then remover cover and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes

Made these twice. Very tasty and the family loves it. First time I made as directed and came out too greasy. Second time, I reduced oil and butter by 1 tablespoon each, omitted the salt too. Roasted in the oven without foil cover and cooked much faster. Also gave it a little crunch (30 minutes was all the time needed).
