Breakfast In A Cup

4TheLoveOfFood @cook_2702772
I made these & they are a great idea for breakfast on the way to work. so many variations can be made to change it. Tasted great.

Carol Breakell @cook_2711525
Made these twice. Very simple and you can add whatever you like. Heat up nicely in the microwave. Used the flaky biscuits. Think I will try rolling biscuit out a bit more and use the large muffin tins. Very good recipe.

AmandaA04 @cook_2715105
I thought they were ok. I also thought they were dry. Next time I am going to try using a different type of biscuit.

Joya Williams @cook_2726322
The kids were amazed and it takes about the same amount if time to make a normal breakfast! Good job!

ExecutiveQt @cook_2809103
Caution!
Make sure you're careful with the amount of biscuits you use, made a complete mess! Reviews say split biscuits in half and I should have read the Reviews first. Also add bacon or meat before hand.

They came out great and the breakfast bowls stay in tact just fine, the biscuit tops off the overall flavor, and you can add whatever you want. I make them with ham, green onion, cheese, and mushrooms.

We joined the gym a few weeks ago and are trying to eat right. I threw in so peppers and used turkey bacon. Very yummy! I also baked them in coffee mugs, worked great.

Kaitlynn Lockhart @cook_2859500
I kinda mixed two recipes, I didn't have any biscuits so I just used regular sandwich bread and flattened it. Came out awesome! The bread made a perfect cup and the eggs fluffed up perfectly. Definitely a new favorite in my house! Yumm

Kaycee Nowicki @cook_2873267
This was great for the kids.... Very easy and they could eat it daily!

Lady11 @cook_2875505
this was great!! I let my kids help they had a lot of fun smashing the biscuits flat for me.

Melek246 @cook_2903534
I added Bacon prior to cooking. The egg spilled over onto the oven floor burning, setting off the smoke alarm, waking up the neighborhood :p Anyway, my kids tried them and give them 3 stars. The bottoms came out too hard and they didn't like the flavor. I'm hoping that it was my fault because this looks like a great recipe.

NonnaDonna @cook_2932040
Just what I was looking for! Fast, easy and delish! Good receipe for family & guest. Thanks for sharing :)

NurseVG @cook_2933065
Pretty good. I used about 1 1/2 tbsp of egg mixture per other reviewers and had no spillage. Did have left over egg mixture so I made an omelet. This is probably great for school age children on the go.

Spudley @cook_2981993
I'm a big fan of these! Baked them in large muffin pans. They also taste good if you use croissant rolls.

Tismara @cook_3000652
This was my second time making this. This time I cut the biscuits in half and used bacon and cheese. I made these Saturday night for Sunday morning breakfast, drizzled them with syrup and popped them in the microwave. So so good!

adriana.grgas @cook_3031341
So absolutely delicious, I added Onion, basil, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder. ~(o.o)~

bagoeshanindyo @cook_3102826
wow it look so nice, gotta try that! its a quiet good dishes and could be sell expensive here in indonesia :)

blueatlantean @cook_3129869
I added ham, carrot, corn, peas, mushroom and scallion. I ran out of bacon so I only drizzle it with gravy. Veggies loaded breakfast is always good. Great recipe and highly costumizable :cookie

bodycount @cook_3133121
easy and everyone loved them! I different way to serve Bacon egg and biscuits. great recipe.

broebuck @cook_3146670
Next time I will brown up some sausage and add to the egg mixture and put it in a cupcake paper for extra easy removal

buddhacookies @cook_3150917
I made this with crescent rolls instead. Took it out of the tube, cut it in 8's and flattened them in the bottom of muffin tins. comes out a little sweeter. :)

dbogust @cook_3243170
i didnt press down the biscuts enough so the eggs went over the top and into the oven X_X ill know better for next time

Dedra @cook_3247963
i made this in a cake pan pour all ingredients in the bottom of a round 9 inch.pan and topped with crescent dough(Pillsbury works best) and baked for 20 mins perfect if u dnt have a muffin pan :)

deannanshaun @cook_3245465
It was a good quick small breakfast but I suggest adding the crumbled bacon before you bake the cups.

dominicAnacooks @cook_3268069
made it for the first. time was simple to make looking forwards to the taste will keep u posted

Donna Lawson @cook_3269238
My kids and I love these. Once I put the biscuit into the muffin pan I add a couple dashes each of garlic and onion powders. Gives it another layer of flavor. Good recipe.

francesreeree @cook_3321016
My family and I loved this. I added a little more cheese on top of bacon before putting back in oven. But! I only had to cook them for 6 mins. Than put in oven just to melt extra cheese? still 375○

fuchsias @cook_3324518
very good. I used sausage, I was out of bacon. The kids loved them and it was an easy breakfast to make with kids on the go.

imogen.ation.7 @cook_3384071
Made mine exactly as instructed but the biscuits puffed up spilling the egg mixture everywhere. Still tasted ok but not much egg left. 8(

jamie.lemoine.12 @cook_3400435
really good. I had to 3 tablespoons of egg. and added diced ham with egg. it was great. don't cook in small ovens the top will burn.

julia.weigel @cook_3462153
super easy and very good I want to make some with gravy on top next time! :hungry

kenneth.mccallum @cook_3493185
I have done it a few different times, adding different ingredients each time. Even shredded potatoes work.

lcoble @cook_3536729
I used some cooked, ground breakfast sausage instead of bacon and added it do the egg mixture before putting it on the "cups". My family loved them, so quick and easy.

liontamer @cook_3552750
Easy, cheap and tasted great! We used croissants and sausage and it worked out great. Thanks for sharing with us...

louNbub33 @cook_3564832
I made these they were a big hit, had to make a second batch! My kids and all of their buddies "inhaled" them! =^.^=

lucasjb92 @cook_3569594
for extra deliciousness drop a little butter in each one before cooking, it'll melt and soak into the biscuit

luv4fitness @luv4fitness7
i made this for my sons Elementary class for their breakfast get together....they were a huge hit!!!!

Andrea @cook_3611710
very good and easy I used sausage instead of bacon will definitely make again!!

mrs.ws @cook_3658732
I used canned crossaints instead of biscuits and it turned out really yummy!!:-)

Nathan Buddrius @cook_3678581
made with vegan meat for the vegans. it was very nice. will be doing it again

neetiiekakezzz @cook_3682223
Really yummy and versatile. I forgot the cheese so I added nandos spice salt. I also didn't use 'biscuits' and substituted with soft rolls. They turned out so well!

photogirl25 @cook_3729420
EXCELLENT on-the-go breakfast! Just reheat 35 seconds in microwave wrapped in damp paper towel.Changes: I subbed precooked sausage crumbles, inside egg mixture, in place of bacon on top. Worked GREAT! (Cook 1 to 2 min less than combined cooking time, since not opening door.)
Kudos on a very good recipe.
Kudos on a very good recipe.

patricia.rourke.56 @cook_3718605
put green pepper and pepperoni in rather than bacon and served pizza sauce on the side--big hit!

sabiebabie @cook_3793757
I love it!! I added syrup to the bottom before the eggs and extra cheese to the top of it with the bacon. Thank you for a great breakfast idea!! :)

shadowopal @cook_3823100
excellent easy quick recipe. I am new to cooking. I added crumbled bacon to the top before baking. although the bacon got a little burnt (my fault for precooking to well done, I believe), it turned out great. it is perfect for me and the wife as we are usually running out the door in the morning. this gave us enough for two days.

soccermom7 @cook_3854200
egg mixture didnt set up before biscuits done and biscuits got too brown. Suggest lower temp maybe.

stacimomof5 @cook_3864243
Tried this recipe and it was good but next time I will add the meat with the egg and bake it together. Sprinkling it on after the egg has set makes the meat just sit on the top and it often falls often while being eaten. To me it just makes sense to sprinkle the cooked bacon into the egg before baking so that it gets incorporated in the mixture and you taste it throughtout instead of just on top.

slip4139 @cook_3848789
this was a very good idea.....instead of bacon I used sausage, n I used grands jr biscuits......IT WAS THE BOMB.....GREAT IDEA!!!! :positive

trophywife @cook_3930493
I used the grands homestyle biscuits but they were too big and pushed most of the egg out. They still tasted great, though, and were a quick and easy breakfast. I'll get the flaky biscuits next time.
