Samantha which brand of vegan/lactose free cheese did you use? I don't like most of them but I'm prepared to keep trying to find a decent one!!

I prefer cathedral city lactose free cheese personally, or Arla lacto-free. I'm less keen on vegan cheeses but I have used sheese strong cheddar as well. I tried lot of vegan cheeses too before I found a brand I liked x

I don't like the texture of some vegan versions when they're melted. Keep trying. It's down to personal preference, isn't it x
