Very simple recipe and quite tasty too! I added a little red curry powder to add a bit of spice and left out the syrup as I didn't have any around and the whole family enjoyed it.

Excellent recipe. Only changes I made were to procook the butternut squash in the microwave (5 min on high) to make for easier slicing and honey instead of golden syrup (I didn't have syrup). Tasty and easy dinner!
