John the snifters are back! It must be summer!! And gin too, ticks all the boxes for me 😍

‘tis pity that, just after I’d taken my first sip in the balcony, the sun went in and hailstones started! I do like a decent measure of decent gin but then I have it well-diluted into a long drink by something palatable. 🤣.

Ah the British weather is causing us some inconveniences this week that’s for sure, at least you tried! ☔️ I love a decent gin (hepple gin is my current favourite) but like you I enjoy it well diluted and over lots of ice 🧊

But wouldn’t life lose something if our weather were all predictable!

Thanks Yui. The nectarine pieces get very tasty by the time you get to the bottom of the glass 🤣. John

My favourite Gin too! I haven’t got any, but I’ve bookmarked to try when I treat myself! My normal serve with Number 10 is tonic, ice and grapefruit 😋

Gosh. I do envy you Rachel coz my cardiac medication precludes my having grapefruit in any form and I really, really do love grapefruit. Let’s be honest, T10 isn’t cheap but it such a lovely pure, clean real gin. The nectarines are a great bonus if allowed to absorb the liquid and they’re eaten at the end. Just had our first proper day out since returning from Japan in March 2020: we drove (circa 60 miles) up to the Suffolk coast had a lovely day amidst wonderful countryside. Jx
